Boxing is a global phenomenon today because boxing training stimulates all muscle groups. CAS uses boxing training to enhance all your physical capacities: strength, power, coordination, fitness, and endurance. CAS will work to develop your skills with the heavy bag, speed-ball spring-ball, medicine-ball, skipping, running, and calisthenics.
